The tip of the drill is blurred, so it is unfortunate that it will not be used as it shakes near 0.5 mm. Hexagon bit drill (same price range) of different maker purchased at the same time is straight, so it is confirmed that the tool being used is no problem.
Because it breaks well, it is easy to break because it cuts in too much unless it adjusts. Grinding returns sharpness. I used 100 degrees, but after all I can not do a good job if I stick with this thing.
In case of grabbing with a drill chuck, there is no problem, but when it is used for a power tool for hexagonal shank, when turning without touching the material, the tip of the drill will shake very much, so positioning at the beginning is hard to do. The reason is that the hexagonal part of 6.35 mm has dimensions of only 6.28 ~ 6.29 mm and is loose. (By the way, the NACHI brand was 6.33 ~ 6.34 mm.) Cutlery cut is good and sorry just because cost performance is good.
Sash processing etc.
