Mounting on folding bicycle
From Japan
On 2017-02-18 16:03:38
I bought it for a 20-inch folding bike, but it did not match the thickness of the tire (narrow width and the stay hits it) It became a storehouse. I am satisfied with the making of the product itself and attached parts.

Installed on new car without fender
From Japan
On 2015-01-11 01:06:59
I installed it to 20 inches (20 x 1.50) of the HE standard, but the arc is large. It seems to be a circular arc oriented in 21 to 22 inches. If the WO standard is 20 inches, the difference is still less. In trying to make the arc small, when I tried to warm it with the heat gun, the inner paint peeled like a vinyl tape. The appearance of the brackets that sandwich the fender is bad after installation. Because considerable machining is a prerequisite for installation, I think that it is better to have a more refined look because it is a method of drilling a hole in the fender and screwing it. I think that it depends on the model, but you need to remove the rear wheel once to install the screw in front of the rear. The stain bar for installation is too long, so it must be disconnected. However, since it is a stainless steel Φ 3.2 solid round bar, you need a tool to cut it. In the instructions, it is written that you should cut with pliers, but cutting with pliers is impossible. (It was impossible to cut even with a powerful pliers using a lever.) So, I cut it with a cutting wheel attached to a desk grinder. The stay of the stainless steel is to be fixed with bolts of about M5 ~ 6, and if there is no screw hole for mounting on the frame side, it is necessary to make the stay. Because there was only a hub bolt installation place on the right front, I created a stay to stop the stay here. As application, it seems that the down fender is attached to a car model which is not prepared as an option, I think that the difficulty level of installation is high.
