Exchange with old rear carriers

I got a used turnip 50 (custom C 50 CMS - 1995 year) with a mileage of more than 70,000 km. Rust spreads throughout the carrier, especially the rust on the back was badly conditioned, and two hooks were missing, so I bought this product this time. Although the dimensional specifications of the carrier are almost equal to genuine products, the thickness of the steel material is somewhat thin (my judgment), because the stiffener on the front side fixed leg is omitted, the total weight is lower than the net product About 200 g (1.6 kg → 1.4 kg) I think that it is lighter. I think that processing and plating treatment on the top of the carrier is pretty good, but the processing of the back side was quite sloppy, the plating process was thin, and the base of the front right fixed leg was rash and rust occurred. Since the front right fixed leg was bending inward, I stretched it straight in a hatch by hitting a board. In installing the carrier, since the height of the bolt holes on the front side did not fit together and it got rattled, it was adjusted by scraping the bolt hole of the front left fixing leg with about 2 mm. Judging that rust should occur relatively early, the top of the carrier was painted with a transparent rust-prevent spray (acrylic resin) and the back was installed after brush painting (silicone acrylic resin, light gray) that can be painted from the top of the rust . Although there is no problem in practical use, I thought that making the back of the carrier is basically noisy.
