Wheel Chairs
A wheelchair is a chair with movable wheels made for people who have difficulty walking. It is used not only indoors such as welfare and medical sites such as nursing homes and hospitals, but also outdoors such as public roads. Wheelchairs that can be moved manually or with feet are divided into types that are premised on self-propelled types and those operated by an assistant, but this is the difference between whether or not wheels called hand rims are attached. A self-propelled wheelchair moves forward by operating the hand rim.
